2. What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other.  We'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you might have. This is a time for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. Remember, this is your journey, and it's important that you feel safe and understood. 

3. How long does therapy usually last? 

The length of therapy varies for each person. Some people find relief in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support. Together, we will regularly review your progress and adjust the frequency and duration of sessions to best meet your needs.

4. Is everything I say in therapy confidential?

6. What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, psychodynamic and person-centered therapy. We'll work together to find the approach that resonates with you and supports your healing journey.

7. How can I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can contact via phone, email or the contact form available on the website to schedule an initial consultation. We'll discuss your needs and how we can work together to achieve your goals. We are here to support you every step of the way.

8. What if I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, you won't be charged for the session, and we can offer the time to someone else who may need it. We can discuss any concerns you have about scheduling during our sessions. 

9. Do you offer online or in-person therapy sessions?

At the moment we offer only online sessions, due to the fact that members of our team leave in different regions across the world. In the future we are planning to have specific locations that can accomodate our clients. Online sessions provide the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.

10. How much does therapy cost, do you accept insurance?

Since members of our team operates in various locations of the world, insurance policies and coverage can vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to process insurance claims. For specific information about fees and payment options, please contact the therapist you will be working with directly. They can provide detailed information and work with you to find a solution that fits your budget.
